Multiple souls.
One focus:
your growth.
“The future is not something that you step into; it is something that needs to be built.”
Saadia Madsbjerg
Hi and welcome!
I am Elisa, and I have always wanted to be a pirate.
I dreamt of sailing the oceans in search of new adventures, facing the unknown, leading heroic exploits, and living by discovery.
Well, as you can imagine, I didn’t make it.
But the interest in discovery, the curiosity of understanding and learning stayed with me while I became an explorer of professional worlds, pledging to navigate uncertainty with the support of behavioral research and strategic design.
Today, I am an Innovation Coach and a Design Thinking Facilitator passionate about people, business, and design.
My job consists of designing meaningful and effective innovation experiences for companies and institutions, and I have three different professional hats to wear: some days, I am an Organizational Designer, supporting businesses in creating and redesigning organizational processes; other days, I am a Training Designer, and I structure and lead programs to make people grow; other days, I act as a Coach, guiding teams to ideate, design, prototype, and test innovative services and products.
In any of these cases, I am an expert of the “How”: I lead who knows “What” providing a customized recipe, a series of steps to follow, and the toolbox needed to deliver exceptional results.
I hold a BA in Humanities and Archaeology, a BA in Psychology, a MA in Psychology of Human Resources & Organizations, and multiple certifications in Business Analytics and Innovation Management. Such a diverse education reflects my strong belief that there is strength in diversity, and that innovation emerges from multidisciplinarity.
I teach and apply the principles and the tools of Design Thinking, Organizational Design, Service Design, User Experience Design, Agile Methodology, Lean Thinking, and Innovation Management, integrating multiple frameworks.
I am a freelancer, I love my job, and I work with intense dedication, accuracy, and enthusiasm.
I am always looking for trailblazers to meet, chances to generate a tangible change, opportunities to grow, and new meaningful connections to build.
[In June 2022 I joined EY wavespace™ in Dublin and I am not working as a freelancer anymore but please reach out if you want to know more about design thinking and just have a chat.]
