“I learned that you always have to be prepared, to be surprised by the people.”
Simone Chiani
To create unique and compelling innovation experiences, organizations must create and defend the time and resources necessary to build them. Performing teams don’t just happen, they are inspired by a clear vision and strategy, supported by efficient planning, and led by thoughtful leadership. Only then, they will create the extraordinary.
Being a design thinker is a journey across organizations and people.
A process of discovery and listening with the goal of finding problems worth solving and solutions that fit (for real).
Being a design thinker is about finding the starting point of change and having the courage to sail in its uncharted waters.

There is strength in numbers, but there is more in diversity.
I love design thinking, I really do, but what gives a project a good kick will always be a mixture of frameworks, methods, and tools.
Most of all, what will provide tangible results to your organization is the right fit between the methodology and the people you are leading because context is king, beware of who tells you otherwise.
Following the two key concepts of versatility and integration, I built a matrix of frameworks and methodologies that encompass each other so that I can experiment, adapt, and tailor the tools to the specific context.
